Hosts were very friendly and helpful and supplied lots of information about the area and things to do. The rented unit was spacious, very comfortable with modern furniture and well maintained. Would've loved to have stayed longer if only I had had the time.

Shared kitchen is well stocked and table in both the kitchen and in the back garden can accommodate six or more. We met other occupants and had a great time chatting in the garden, it was the highlight of our stay. Self checkin was easy just follow the checkin instructions. The b&b is between the 4 Sqaure supermarket and the coffee shop, Reefton is a small town with rich history of mining, the cottage is in the centre so everything is within 5 minutes radius . We enjoyed our stay very much.

It is a 1-minute walk from Glacier Hot Pools. This is lovely clean bright and fresh accommodation with comfortable beds and a small kitchen with everything we needed. I would definitely recommend Aspen Court if you are visiting Franz Josef.
