The location was very convenient to the bustling street of food and convenient stores. Not far to the train station. And many amenties were provided and snacks provided. I would say it is a good experience to stay there. They also provide umbrella if its raining, you can always request for it at the counter.

It was a nice cozy place. The double room had 2 single mattresses, but it was OK for us. It had AC and the shared bathrooms and showers were clean, with warm water. They had some free amenities at the front desk, hair straightener also. They offered free coffee or tea. They had a shared microwave and fridge. The location is good. Near Senso ji temple and about 20 min walk to Tokyo Skytree. The staff was very friendly.

A recently renovated property, シティパール桜新町 渋谷新宿自由が丘に便利なアクセス is set in Tokyo near Hasegawa Machiko Art Museum, Food and Agriculture Museum and Jisso-in Temple.
