The property is non-smoking and is located 41 km from Thingvellir National Park. A very cosy place to stay. It looks amazing and they're giving a lot of attention to details. Even there was a shared bath room, it looked amazing. Vintage bath tube with shower. Just perfect. Bed was very comfortable and it was very warm. I was not freezing one single second. Really loved the stay and it would have been nice to be there longer.

The dome itself was cozy and relaxing, and at night we could enjoy the sky and even a few stars through the clear panels (no aurora during this season, but it must be magical when it appears!). Inside, the accommodation was thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed: a microwave, Nespresso machine, small refrigerator, sink, plates, cutlery, and more. It was the perfect combination of comfort and nature, and we left feeling refreshed and relaxed. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in Iceland.

Situated in Hella in the South Iceland region, Helja Stay Glamping Domes features a garden. The property has mountain and garden views. There is a terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi, free private parking and an electric vehicle charging station. Literally looks exactly like the pictures! It’s so well done! It was big enough for 2 people and the bed was very comfy! There was 3 heaters, which we only needed one on and we were there during winter. We did see the northern lights too! There was a lot of rain and wind later in the night and the dome was excellent, no issues whatsoever. Yes, you do have to walk 200m to use the bathroom and kitchenette, but the facilities were amazing! So much better than expected- once again they look exactly like the photos!
