What a great hotel and dog friendly! it is wonderfully located in the center of Crans with breathtaking view. The stuff is very friendly. We really recommend to eat at the hotel: the chef is amazing!

Experimental Chalet has great facilities. The concierge deserves particular praise; they were consistently friendly, helpful and professional throughout our stay. There is a complementary private shuttle service which runs from the hotel to transport guests to the ski lifts when needed (thanks to the drivers Remi & Dylan :D). The rooms were comfortable, modern and spotlessly clean. There was a slightly retro feel to the decoration - I can't quite describe it. Maybe that's the eponymous 'experimental' part. Overall, the room was a very pleasant place to be

But what truly elevated the experience was the staff. Their helpfulness and warmth were overwhelming. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable, constantly anticipating my needs and exceeding my expectations.
