Beautiful country setting, very peaceful and the food was stupendous. Fresh, natural and made with love. Also the hosts are wonderful, kind and willing to help in any way possible. Susanna is a fabulous cook, if you go make sure you order both breakfast and dinner, you won’t be sorry. Susanna’s husband Hovhannes helped us navigate the area without a car, this was way beyond what we expected. The room has a very comfortable bed and you’ll get plenty of hot water.

Very nice room and hostel, super value, very friendly host, speaks English, enjoyed my stay. Close to Sanahin Monastery and a marked trail from there to Haghpat Monastery, the trail is easy, good nature, rural village and valley views on the way. i got a return bus from Haghpat at 14.00.

Really cute property in Alaverdi. We were the only ones there so had the whole place to ourselves. It was a great place to relax and unwind! The owner was so friendly and helpful, plus there’s a great walk nearby from monastery to monastery.

Perfect location in a historical house just next to the Sanahin Monastery. The hosts are a very friendly family and they make sure their guests feel comfortable and happy. They helped me to arrange taxis to all the monasteries located in the vicinity. The vegetarian breakfast was delicious and very reasonably priced.

The host and hostess are super kind people that make you feel very welcomed. They were social and curious about us and very pleasant in the interaction. They also prepared a bountiful dinner and breakfast for us. The location has a great view on the canyon and is nearby several monasteries. If we’d go to Armenia again, we would for sure come back here.

Book this cute and very hospitable guest house to save money, but get a comfortable accommodation, excellent food, Armenian hospitality and a friendly human attitude towards yourself. Here you will be shrouded in attention and care! The guest house is located in non-residential mountainous forest area! Near the river and wildlife! There is a large pool. There is a jacuzzi on fire. There is a veranda, karaoke, a barbecue area and much more. Great free and paid Internet. The host and her mom were really professional and hospitable. We took part in pottery classes, it was such a nice time. The house was clean, the food was delicious! And we had two double rooms instead one for for people.

We ordered a dinner from the host, the dinner is too enrich, and it's nice the host provided the breakfast in free of charge. The location is very good and about 5 mins walk to the monastery.
