Great proximity to all the places and excursions we wanted to see. Breakfast was great. the owner and staff were great, making us feel right at home. We knew this was going to be our best stay with a shot of schnapps after we registered. Das Monika will always be remembered as one of the great memories of Austria and will be a destination when we return.

We stayed overnight in this beautiful "Gasthof" on our way back from Italy. The rooms were super nice, clean and with plenty of space. The Eppensteiner family was very welcoming and made sure we had everything -- even a great dinner and an equally great breakfast.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay. The atmosphere and design of the hotel were particularly appealing, creating a cozy ambiance with stunning views. The hotel owner was incredibly warm and sociable, providing us with invaluable guidance throughout our visit. The place is amazing! The personnel was very nice. We arrived a bit late just in time to eat at the restaurant. The meals were good! The food is rich, so maybe more suitable for winter, but we were very happy with the taste events if we couldn't finish everything :) The breakfast was good too. In the room we had towels, little snacks, soap and small shampoo bottle waiting for us. And amazing view from the room. If we come back in the area we will definitely stay at Pension Gemshorn again!

Short but wonderful stay. The family that runs the hotel is extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious, the beds very comfortable and the bathroom very nice. The breakfast is very complete and delicious. A pity we couldn't stay more days since the area is beautiful. If we ever return to the area, we will stay here again. Thank you and see you soon.

Very nice hotel with big, cozy rooms. My room had access to 2 different balconies with an amazing view onto the sourrounding meadows and mountains. Parking right in front of the hotel. The hotel is quite off the beaten path, I needed to double check if I'm on the right way - but with the restaurant in the hotel, there is no need to go anywhere.
