Rodrigo was great! He went above and beyond with everything we needed. He helped us schedule the Death Road, Uyuni, and helped us a few days later (we were already far away in Uyuni) when there were road blocks across the country. The rooms are clean with great views. Breakfast was good as well. The location is perfect to explore the city - many of the sights are between 5-15min away.

I need to say that the staff is the best part of this place. There is a member of the staff named Isabela (who works at the reception counter) who is extremely kind and helpful. On the first day, during check-in, they let me enter my room way before the normal time (which was so kind of them because I was extremely tired). Also, after booking a trip with them, Isabela offered me the possibility of having my breakfast super early (like 6 am) because my trip started at 6:30 that day. Additionally, this lovely young lady helped me find my jacket after I lost it in the hostel facilities. Good location, good breakfast, and very clean. The price is also very affordable.
