Casa Aiti is a wonderful place to stay – calm but very close to Boipeba Velha Village. The house is very charming and surrounded by gardens with fruits and birds and all the tropical beauties you need for your holidays. The owners are very welcoming, friendly and easy going and they made the best vegan breakfast for us :) They also gave us a lot of tips for trips, places to eat and other things to do on the island. We stayed in the Miradouro Room, so we had a supercool private terrace with a hammock to chill. The room itself is superclean and cozy. We especially recommend Casa Aiti for vegans – you will be happy with the breakfast.

I really liked the staff who were helpful and gave advice on the beaches and so on. They were helpful in providing change of towels when needed and letting me borrow the hairdryer. Also resolving any bathroom issues.

Marcos was fantastic host and even gave us a bigger room. He took care of all our needs, gave lots of recommendations of places to visit, restaurants etc. and made super tasty breakfast. His cheese bread is to die for! Another nice surprise - pousada is surrounded by colibri who fly there to drink sugary water! All in all, we had a very relaxing stay at Boipeba.

Secluded (but just a short 2 min boat into town), cosy, stylish and delicious food. Very helpful owner and staff, they couldn’t have done more to make our stay so great. It’s just across the river to town but you are collected and dropped off whenever you need - in a matter of minutes. Joao helped us rent a kayak from one of the local restaurants. Breakfast is as described - vegan and totally delicious. There is a minibar in the room stocked with wine, water and beer too! Internet also worked fine for us.
