We had a comfortable stay at Xilu Xiaoxue Inn. The room was spacious and clean. The inn was located in the ancient town and was close to food, shopping and other attractions. Mandy the host was always ready to answer your queries and provide help when needed. She picked us up at the city gate and sent us off personally when we left. We appreciate her enthusiasm and thoughtfulness. Always putting an extra mile in what she does. We highly recommend staying at Xilu Xiaoxue Inn if you're in Lijiang.

Our host was very welcoming. She provided us with helpful info about things to do in Yunnan province, where to eat/go locally which we loved and helped us book our driver for day trips. As we were travelling as a multi generational family of 6, we booked the entire house which was very spacious and the view from the rooftops was lovely.

Both the husband and wife hosts are very friendly and understanding. They were very helpful in arranging transport for us and were honest throughout our stay. They were also very kind to our kids and even gave us fruits and snacks. The rooms were good and comfortable, with toiletries and enough towels provided for our entire family.

The room was beautifully decorated and very cozy. Heaters and extra blankets and an electric blanket provided to keep warm during the night. The breakfast the next morning was delicious. The host was very helpful in providing information on what to do around the area and gave us a brilliant restaurant recommendation which was just around the corner.

Very friendly and helpful hotel operators with lots of tips for hiking routes. Both Chinese and English is spoken. The hotel is located 30 meters from the main shopping street but still absolutely quiet. Clean rooms. It was a very pleasant stay. Baisha as one of the 3 old towns of Lijiang is the ideal starting point for hikes into the Yulong Mountains and yet not far from Lijiangs historical old town.
