The owner and his mum were so welcoming and helpful! They made us great breakfast and accommodated for us being vegan. The hostel is in a pretty location and it has a nice chilled vibe. It's clean and comfortable too.

We really enjoyed our stay a lot. We had a beautiful little house near the river, with a hot shower and a comfortable bed, also an extra living room and a little kitchen. Could see monkeys and sloths, agutis and a lot of other different wildlife from our terrace. Free water, laundry and kayaks. Everything was really clean and only 5 min walk to the beach. Helped us with everything we needed. A tuktuk to puerto viejo takes about 10 mins. Everyone was really friendly we would def come again.

The accommodation is in a very quiet and pleasant area, but still close to everything. It’s easy to reach, and the ocean is just a short walk away. The room was very clean and well-equipped with everything I needed. The host was extremely kind and helpful throughout my stay. I would definitely stay here again!

Cahuita Inn is an oasis on the southern Caribbean coast of Costa Rica. Exceptional value for money, standing out head and shoulders above anything else we found in Costa Rica in this mid range price bracket. Contemporary comfort, style, security, wonderful service, delicious food, calm atmosphere, beautiful hammock strewn palm grove right on the ocean, with waves rolling in on your doorstep. The house was perfect and its located next to the sea. Its very convenient and there is a hammock on the garden where you can lay and relax. The owners are super friendly and helpful. Can't wait to return and stay again there!
