The staff was extremely friendly. The house itself is very nice, extremely clean and tasteful. There's also a shared balcony with a big couch where you can enjoy the nice weather. All of the amenities (kitchen appliances, pans, pots, bathroom equipment, shower etc.) are brand new and in perfect condition. The complimentary coffee and tea put a huge smile on our faces. We wanted to write a thank you note but we didn't have any paper, so thank you very much for everything. It was one of the best places that my wife and I ever stayed.

Our stay here was wonderful – great location, quiet yet not far from the train and bus, excellent shower, lovely breakfast, and incredibly friendly staff. Absolutely amazing accommodation at the very beginning of the spa park in Luhačovice (600 meters from the main spring). Perfect breakfasts are served in the dining room, in which you feel like you are in a chateau. In the hotel you will also find a well-equipped indoor playground for your kids. The very kind hostess also allowed us to leave the car parked in the hotel parking lot for a few hours after check out.
