Our stay in the mango guest house was excellent. All, owners and staff are so helpful and nice.Very kind people. They helped us with excursions and boat trips in good prices It is located on the Elephantine island. It just takes some minutes to get there from Aswan by the ferry. It was also very clean. I highly recommend it!!

We had a great stay at Hafez's place. The staff was always smiling, attentive, and ready to help with anything we needed. One of the highlights of our stay was how helpful Hafez was in organizing and helping us arrange the excursions. He gave us great recommendations, arranged everything smoothly, and made sure we got the most out of our time in the area. We enjoyed some unforgettable day trips without any stress or hassle. The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and inviting. I can’t recommend this place enough—perfect for anyone looking for a relaxed stay with top-notch service. We’ll definitely be back!

What an exceptional guest house! It’s brand new and created with so much love and the most beautiful furnishings. The home cooked food is divine…the best we’ve had in Egypt. The hospitality is incredible. Bibo and his family are wonderful hosts. I loved it so much that I extended my stay for 3 more nights and New Years ✨ An authentic Nubian experience that you can’t miss 🌞

The facilities are very nice, everything was very clean. Mohammed was the absolute best, extremely helpful. He arranged our taxi from the airport, and the boat to elephantine island. He also helped with our day trips to the different temples, and booked us a taxi to get to Luxor. He was very kind and nice. We would definitely go back.

The guesthouse is wonderful! Very clean place, hot water, close to the Nile river. Ahmed is amazing. A very honest, kind, solicitous and helpful. He helped us organizing all the tours we did. He and his guesthouse deserve a 10/10.

: Very close to public ferries to Aswan. Rooms were functional, on the livelier side of Elephantine islands. Great views on the balcony for breakfast. Most importantly, staff were amazing, helpful and welcoming. They provided advice on how to get to main sites in Aswan, helped us secure good prices and booked day trip to Abu Simbel. Highly recommend this place and will definitely return! Thank you again for making our stay on Elephantine very nice and memorable , I was truly overwhelmed by the warmth and hospitality at this place. Ahmed the owner, along with his staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. They arranged a car from the airport, and the driver was in touch with me well in advance of my arrival. Despite my late arrival, Ahmed prepared a delicious homemade dinner at a very reasonable price. She also organized a felucca ride on short notice, again at a fair rate. During our conversations, I shared some stories about my family who couldn’t join me on the trip. In a beautiful and thoughtful gesture, Ahmed gave a small gift for my wife and kids — a touching example of Nubian hospitality and culture that really stayed with me. On my first day, her son kindly accompanied me on the ferry to help me get familiar with the area — another thoughtful gesture I really appreciated. Every request I had was taken care of promptly and with genuine care. Do note that the place is located on an island, so you'll need to take a ferry to get in and out. The service is frequent, but it’s something to be aware of when planning. Overall, an exceptional stay with an incredibly kind and generous host family. : They arrange for me all tours around Aswan and Luxor with very reasonable prices I will come back sure

Beautiful house on Elefantine Island. Everything brand new and of good quality. Host Abu picked us up on arrival, organised a free sunset tour (just tip the guide at the end). We also booked transportation to Abu Simbel and Luxor at a very reasonable price through Abu, in very comfortable cars. We were able to use the washing machine for free, there is an equipped kitchen to use. Food is very tasty. Beautiful rooftop restaurant.

Mohammed and his family were amazing in every aspect of the stay. They were always avaliable if we needed anything and were very flexible. He was also great at helping us arrange trips for a great price. The location was great with an amazing view pf the Nile and the Aswan bank, getting top and from the city is easy. I particularly reccommend eating dinner at least once on the terrace which Mohammed and his family will easily prepare for you, the food was great.
