Anyone coming to Luxor should stay here. From this location you can easily explore the East or West side as the public ferry is a minutes away. Vodafone and an a good ATM are a minute away and there are many shops and restaurants within a short walking distance. The property is beautiful from the architecture to the decor it was the perfect fusion of luxury and authenticity. The breakfast was impressive with many delicious dishes mainly local but with some extras and all homemade. Finally the hosts in this family owned and run property provided excellent service going above and beyond our expectations, we felt completely taken care of.

Karima guest house has been amazing. We have found in this place everything we were looking for. It is a super clean place, well decorated and the best is the people. We had a great experience. The room and the garden were comfortable and the beds were big with mattresses that were good for our backs. The host was very friendly. He gave us good suggestions on what to do. He was very flexible to our needs and very accommodating. We definitely recommend it.

The Banana Guesthouse was perfect and my stay there was a very happy one. The Manager of the property was so kind and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. He and his wife offered an exceptional breakfast each morning and I was sorry to leave. I strongly recommend this property to anyone visiting the Luxor area. The location is perfect and just a short distance from The Valley of the Kings and the other amazing temples close by. I thank them very much & send them my very best wishes for the future.
