Right next to the Ciudad de las Artes y Ciencias (you literally just need to cross the road to get there!) and very well connected with the historical centre of the city, there’s a bus stop in front of the structure. The staff was the kindest! I can not express how deeply I appreciated their attention to the guests. They even made our room get cleaned every day, without us needing to tell them. I’d also like to compliment the cleaning service stuff, they rock! Our room smelled like freshly washed clothes😂 it was so comfortable getting in it after a long day walking. Last but not least, I highly recommend trying their restaurant!! We ordered dinner there and everything was abundant and delicious. Well done! 👏🏻

Perfect location (small, calm street in the center), clean, new, bright room with beautiful view through window, extra equipment: coffe machine with coffe capsules and sugar, even small fridge. Perfectly located air-conditonair (in the hall/entrance, not above the bed as usually in hotels). Distance check-in with door code. Best hotel during our visit in Spain (despite the fact that the others were more expensive)

Perfect location - we were able to walk to all the attractions. Surrounded by restaurants. We chose to stay in the family room (although only 2 of us) as we wanted the space. Entry into the building and apartment was keyless - we appreciate the convenience. Pre-stay service was excellent - we were kept in the loop via WhatsApp. Help was always available, e.g. we had an early train to catch and Gloria booked a taxi for us. Thank you. Will definitely stay here again next time!

Location is brilliant, you can explore the city on foot. Metro station for Valencia airport is 100m away. I booked two different rooms due to unavailability, they arranged for me to stay in the same room the whole time. The check in with electronic keys explained in details so you know the procedure.
