The room was really confortable and quite luxurious. The bed was very confortable and the bathroom very design. The host was also very welcoming. We had a parking space. We had dinner at the café one which we loved as well. There is no breakfast but you can have water, coffee and tea in the room which was very convenient.

A great place to stay in Inverness! It makes walking the city super easy because of the great location. Also, the parking is very easy and convenient. Beautifully presented room, with lots of little thoughtful touches like a basket full of treats on the dresser. Well equipped kitchen. Everything was sparkling clean, including very new linen and towels. Location was great, ten minutes walk into town with everything you could need nearby including a laundromat.

I booked a single room and it was spacious and very clean It's self-catering, however every time I had a question I received a prompt answer (used the chat on booking) Very close to the city center I haven't experienced any noise from the street, my room was facing the council parking

Chris went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed and was more than helpful with suggestions and further information. Great location on a quiet road but within easy walking distance of the town centre. Highly recommended if staying in Inverness.

    Very clean room and bathroom. Super comfortable bed and warm and cosy bedroom. The bathroom has a very good shower and all was clean and in good order. Internet was fast and easy. Great location. The guest house is on a quiet road but its very easy to get to the city centre - just a 5 minutes walk to shops, bars and restaurants. The co-op supermarket is in easy distance for snacks etc. The hostess is very charming, and although there was some confusion about the booking it was sorted out easily and gracefully.
