The place was perfect. There were sufficient linens, towels, toiletries, making the room comfortable to stay in for a few nights. Food and snacks were provided in the communal area, which were useful for our breakfast. The location is close to the centre of Portree, which was perfect to explore the Isle of Skye. Overall a great experience and would definitely book this place again if we were back in Portree!

Location is sublime, the views of the water from the room were exceptional!! Our room (Lewis) was very spacious with a VERY comfortable bed, table and chairs overlooking the water and plenty of room for our bags. There was also a wardrobe and plenty of drawers for clothes if unpacking for a longer stay. The bathroom was well appointed with a heated towel rail and complimentary toiletries. The water pressure in the shower wasn’t fabulous but it was adequate to wash my long hair so all good. There were two heaters available in the room to keep it cosy and easy to follow instructions on how to operate the heater and shower. Very close location to plenty of beautiful eating places and grocery store. Self check in was easy with great instructions sent on the morning of check in. We loved our stay here and wish we could have stayed longer. We will be back and will highly recommend this accommodation to our family and friends.

Very friendly staff, well organized guesthouse, very good breakfast (full english, vegetarian or with salmon), room and bathroom well clean. Position of the guesthouse it's perfect, near to the main city Portree and at the same time in a very quiet area. Free parking for visitors.

Location is great : only 6 min to the centre. Room was so beautifully decorated, extremely clean and bigger than we expect it. First impression was amazing. Host is beyond kindness and we felt like home. Good feature is : only three rooms at the first floor : so you have your privacy on the highest level! Breakfast was served at the time we wanted : fresh, good and much better than in other hotels. Internet was very fast : without any small delay/ three of us were looking at the netflix at the same time. I loved bathroom : so clean that I couldn't believe it. A have not enough nice words to explain how people are taking care or guests: amazing job! Wish to go back for longer time.

The view was amazing, the location was fantastic and it was very idyllic. The whole stay was very nice and I would definitely recommend it. The owner was also very nice and gave us suggestions what we could do during our stay on the Isle of Skye.
