I don’t know, where to start. Ken and Cindy are the charming and helpfull hosts. We enjoyed the delicious breakfeasts, the advices and tips for walks. The treat the guests like the family members. The location is perfect, you can reach two different villages/towns in 10 mintes by foot (including the piers for boat cruises). The rooms are clean and you find there everything, you need.

Dating back to 1854, the award-winning Holly Lodge Guest House with FREE off site health club is quietly situated in the center of Windermere.

Nice breakfast and friendly owners / staff. There are places to eat, bars shops locally. Local park. It’s away from the busy part of Windermere, in walking distance about 15mins
