Mr.Gela, the owner, is a wonderful person. Very helpful, caring, and insightful. The property has 4 apartments with a common pool adult size One apartment is bigger and has an upper floor, and others are regular apartments each with 2 comfortable bedrooms with attached bathrooms and a living room with a kitchen. Room decor is very good fixtures and appliances are new and well maintained and there is a very nice small garden near the pool. There is also a sitout with an outside grilling area. Our 7 day stay was very comfortable The property is very safe for families and has parking space. It's very near to Batumi airport.
