The family were so kind to us, they prepare delicious food and on our second night even invited us to join them for homemade Khinkali with some friends and other guests. The bar area is super cosy with the log fire, and even though the temperatures were reaching -15 in the night, the bed was comfy and warm. They provide a small heater for the room too which really helps. We really enjoyed our stay here and it's a great location to reach any area of the village on foot.

I like everything about this GH - there are many good guesthouses in Svaneti, but this is the best and most welcoming among them in terms of cleanliness, location and friendliness. This accomodation was one of the best ones I have ever been in. Very beautiful and clean room, kind and caring hosts reminds my family and yummy food. Thank you so much for such a great time! 😊 Tip for all travelers: the guest house is not situated on booking maps (or Mapy.cz and GoogleMaps) correctly. The guest house is in fact in the small village Murkvmeli, which is about 1,5km from Ushguli (on the way to Iprari). In Murkvmeli ask locals, everyone there knows. :-)
