Rooms were big, super clean, have lot of space to move around. Coffee and sugar were provided together with an electric kettle. Location was superb, not far from city center and very close to local big market. Our host was very nice and always has smile on his face. He also has a nice dog.

The hosts are really friendly. Finaly no one tried to sell me house vine or home made food. The house is new and very clean. The kitchen is equiped, we could wash our cloths and park in the garden. The wifi was stable and the whole stay was very comfortable.

very beautiful and spacious house in old and authentic style with beautiful old furniture. The room was big and the beds were very comfortable, also the air conditioning is extremely good. In shared rooms there was kettle with tea and coffee to use. The shower was, comparing with local standards, absolutely amazing and comfortable to use. The lady who runs it is very kind and likeable.

Very clean and comfortable. Delicious breakfast. The owners don’t speak much English, and I don’t speak any Russian, so communication was a little difficult. However, I still felt very welcome and had everything I needed.

Rooms are basic but very clean and comfortable. The shower has good pressure and hot water towels and sheets are clean, wifi is very good. Bed was comfortable. It is very quiet, but close to the centre for restaurants. Also a short walk to marshutkas for Mestia(go for 10 am) We recommend Diaroni Restaurant. We had breakfast at the hotel it was delicious and very plentiful and in a lovley dining room. The owner is very nice and helpful,
