Communication with Chris was easy (through WhatsApp), and the house was easy to find even with Google maps not working well in the famous "maze towns" of Hora. We stayed on the lower unit, which has one bedroom, one bathroom, and the living room with a sofa bed if there are 3 guest. The sofa bed is quite comfortable! The water pressure is strong in the shower, and amenities include towels, plates, utensils, water kettle, and wifi. Property is clean, new, and location is great since it's walkable distance to all sceneries in the Hora town. Be mindful using the kitchen's faucet while someone is in the shower, which could affect the temperature/pressure of the water! Overall, location is convenient and property is clean and new! Taxi from new port to old port is roughly 15-20 euros, and you will have to drag your luggage since the cars cannot normally enter the old port town center of Hora, but the property was easy to find and there aren't that many stairs leading to the property. There are also water taxi that you can take in old port town center to paradise beach and other beaches during peak season to enjoy the party! There are car rental agency (Avis and local company) close to the entrance of the old port/town if you prefer to drive around the island to other beach, but I find the water taxi easier since some of the roads in Mykonos are small and full of hills.

Everything! Elina was absolutely amazing, making sure we have everything we need and more, including offering local recommendations. We travelled during off-season and it was super quiet, yet very easy to drive around with a car. The suite was perfect with the jacuzzi in the terrace facing the sea, beautiful sunsets and overall perfect stay!

The owners were very friendly, warm and helpful. They provided assistance from our arrival, including information regarding the City (places to visit, restaurants, food stores, getting around), beaches, etc. Even though the rooms are of a smaller size, the apartment layout was very efficient, comfortable, and suited our needs. We enjoyed our stay in this spotless clean and beautifully decorated, modern with the character apartment. We would stay there again and strongly recommend Kavaki Studio. .

It was very clean, close 10min walk from Fábrika bus station (which you can go to other beaches and airport) and also 10min walk from city center and main attractions (little Venice and windmills)
