I had a truly pleasant 5-day stay at Rumah Baris Ubud. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, kind, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Their warm hospitality really made a difference. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The bed was cozy, and I especially loved the added touch of having a sofa and chairs out on the patio—it was the perfect spot to unwind after a full day of exploring. One of the best surprises was the daily activities they offered for guests. These were free, fun, and a great way to experience a bit more of the local culture or meet other travelers. Location-wise, it's perfect. Just a short walking distance from Ubud Market and many of the main attractions. There are also plenty of restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores nearby, making everything super convenient. Overall, I had a fantastic time and would definitely book this place again on my next visit to Ubud. Highly recommend!

The place is very clean, spacious, and exactly like the photos. The owner is helpful and accommodating. The walls are thick and soundproof—I didn’t hear any noise from other guests, so I had a really good sleep. Daily cleaning was provided, which made the stay feel more like a hotel. Best homestay I’ve stayed at in Bali.

Great staff, nice quiet area. Great views of the river and forest. Very close to the main road (~300 min). tucked away nicely so it's a beautiful spot. Yet only about 10 min from monkey forest (5 min on a scooter). Staff was fantastic and very accomodating. Would visit again in the future. A++

Staying at Nirwa 1 Guest House was a wonderful experience. We enjoyed getting to know the warm and friendly family. It was a very quiet location, but minutes away from the main downtown area of Ubud. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the breakfasts were delicious!

I stayed at Londo for 1 month, and then extended by stay further. The family that runs the villa is very accommodating and nice. The property is only 1 year old and it's in one of the best areas of Ubud as it's quiet but accessible to everything. There are several restaurants or coffee shops right down the street, and then there are walking trails (Sayan Rice Fields or Campuhan Ridge walk), restaurants, yoga (Alchemy & Intuitive) close by. Downtown is LOUD and busy, so you do not want to be there. Londo has a fabulous pool, a large plot and lots of lounge chairs. The breakfast options aren't immense, but they are tasty and offer an excellent value at 50K rp (plus, you don't have to leave and they will deliver to your room too). I loved the fresh fruit and they make it easy with laundry options and they can coordinate a driver and even have massage options on-site! With Grab or Gojek you do not need a car (though you can rent a scooter on property). I travel a ton, and with that comes an awareness that amenities &/or expectations are different in various countries. This is a nice property at a good value. Highly recommend!
