The room is very clean, and the bed is comfortable. The host is friendly and helpful. We even got some homemade sweets and helped us with the laundry. The garden is beautiful and there is a private terrace where we could enjoy our tea and relax.

We had such a happy stay at Imalee Hotel! From the very beginning, we felt so warmly welcomed by the friendly and kind staff. The cottage houses are absolutely stunning – beautifully designed and of very high quality. Breakfast was a real highlight with fresh fruit, eggs, and delicious juice every morning. We were even offered an upgrade, which was such a lovely surprise and made our stay extra special. Everything was perfect, and we can’t recommend this place enough – we will definitely be coming back!

Beautifully designed guesthouse with the rooms facing a courtyard with a small goldfish stream and wooden furniture. Rooms were perfectly comfortable, I slept well. The young staff were very attentive and courteous. It's in a quiet* part of the Kraton area with little traffic and narrow alleys that are nice to wander around. There are several nice coffee shops in the area. *with the exception of the adhan (call to prayer), which was loud and may begin as early as 4am. It's a sound you could get used to, and is obviously no-one's fault, but be prepared for an early start.

We loved our stay at Kutus Kutus! It is located in a quiet street, is spacious, has a nice garden and pool. Most of all we want to thank the staff for taking care of us and our little son. They’re very kind an helpful.

The welcoming and friendly staff on arrival and throughout the stay. The building was fabulous, colonial style with big rooms and beds. There were areas to sit in and free tea, coffee and water. The breakfast was good and they did us a pack up on our leaving day as we went early. The atmosphere was very calm after the chaos of Yogykarta! It was a perfect location, on a quiet street. We could walk to the square where every single evening there were lots of street good stalls. We rented a moped to get around, but Grabs were good too. We loved our stay here and would definitely come back!

Nice and cosy place! Good rooms with big and wide bed! Nice coffee and tea area which is opened 24/7. There is also a pond with fish which ads perfectly to overall decorations. Great location not far away from the main tourists places!

Very impressed with the architectural style of the room, the carved wooden door ( a masterpiece). Good attention to details, although a 2 star accomodation, we had better facilities than a 3 star hotel. The owner values his guests, a lot of resting areas in the courtyard, a fridge with juice and beers to cool down were expecting us upon our arrival. Good breakfast ( we were asked what we prefere to eat). The singing birds were the main attraction for the kids. After some bad nights spent in horrible guesthouses, this one came like a very nice surprise.
