The location of Friar's Lodge is fantastic. It was very central. It was only a short walk to the town centre. The breakfasts were always substantial and well done. The free on site parking was very welcome.

The proprietor, Ann, was unbelievably attentive to our every need. She was as accommodating as a person could be. She helped in every way-especially when we lost our rental car keys. The property was very nice, clean and well located but the best part of the property was the lady Ann!
