The location was PERFECT. Easy to get to. Hostess was very friendly. Fast check-in. The room was big, comfortable and impeccably clean. Having a kettle in the room with tea, coffee and water was an absolute plus.

Lovely little B&B (they did give us some snacks in the room, which could be considered breakfast + coffee in the morning) Location is perfect, right in the middle of Assisi, we did park in the old town, and were lucky not to get a ticket, but we got in late and left early. The view is incredible, the room itself is clean and bright and super comfortable. The bathroom large and clean. The staff is super friendly. We had an amazing stay. Thank you again!

Brunella was a wonderful host and was happy to meet our requests. Room was lovely - modern and spotless. It is a quiet location but with a Conad supermarket and cafes nearby. Good public transport (bus) to the Assisi train station.

We were greeted with warm welcome. Host, Elizabeth is amazing. Property is in superb location. It is located just skirts of Assisi. Place is nicely renovated, clean. Mattress is comfortable. There is a kitchenette with fridge, cafe machine, kettle, etc. A lot of nice snacks are offered for breakfast in the room. The scenery of Assisi and valley are marvelous. We strongly suggest this property and book here again. Grazie Mille.

Perfect location. Very, very nice room. My view happened to be breathtaking. No breakfast offered but there are 2 bottles of water provided in the room, light snacks, and a kettle for a quick coffee and green tea - this helps.

This place simply shines....there are no more words. The position, the small garden, the view of the Cathedral, the space inside the room, the cleanliness, the bathroom with the rooftop window......fantastic! Next time we'll go back to Assisi I will definitely try to book the same place and the same room. Best place we stayed in years!!
