It's a very good place to stay, clean, beautiful, very spacious, on the 3rd floor with a good view and an elevator. There is a large balcony to sit and relax while sipping your morning coffee. It is next to a cafe and near many restaurants. There are all the amenities like at home. There is a private parking garage. I can cook because they really have all the equipment. There are lots of wine glasses. There are a lot of hangers in the closet. I really like it. The bedding is complete. The bathroom is fully equipped and includes a washing machine. Verana, the owner and her father are very sweet and kind. Verana responds quickly to messages. and explains everything in detail. I highly recommend it if looking for a nice place to stay in Bolzano.

Rooms are brand new. Owners are amazing. Short walk on pedestrian trail to town & train station. Nice quiet town. Close to Varenna & Belaggio and other Lake Como towns. Il Crotto restaurant is best in town with great wine list.

Wow! First off, the location is out of the world. Steps from the lake and beautiful views off the shared veranda. Well appointed individual rooms with bathrooms that share living space including a very well appointed kitchen. All for a very reasonable price. I was solo on my trip but met some other guests. It would also be a great place to rent for a large group. I can't say enough about this place.

The host, Francesca, was very personable and accommodating. She provided our transportation to and from the train station and answered all of our questions. Her dog keeps the guests company at the villa in the mornings and he is so cute. The Villa was quiet, clean, and comfortable. We loved staying in Colico which had minimal tourism compared to other places on the lake. It was the most relaxing stay we could have had in Lake Como!
