Still under the impressions of an incredible vacation. Villa Grazia is in a great location. It offers everything needed for a carefree holiday. The apartment is spacious, well-equipped, with a large terrace and a view of the sea and Stromboli. The Villa also offers a pool, bar, gym, and reading corner. I would especially highlight the cleanliness and tidiness of the apartment and the surroundings.Thank you Fortunato and the entire family for the warm welcome and kindness during our vacation. Location is great, very quiet. You have 15min by foot to town. Room was nice, clean, and the staff was very friendly. Breakfast was absolute great and tasty.

The hostess was exceptionally gracious. The room is clean, big and modern with a balcony. I feel like she thought of everything. The breakfast was a delicious continental. Walking distance to everything. She even let us park in front.

The staff was very helpful and nice. There was free-of-charge washing machine usage and free parking. The room was clean. The residence is a bit from the main attractions but still within walking distance.

A recently renovated guest house in Tropea and within 600 metres of Lido Alex, Kairos Tropea features an infinity pool, comfortable soundproof rooms and free WiFi.

Thank you to the entire team for making us feel special. Biggest thanks to Paolo, who made our stay absolutely extraordinary. We have travelled a lot and visited different places but have never seen such warmth and hospitality before. Definitely go on a boat trip if you can, it was the highlight of our trip to Tropea. There are not enough words to thank the entire Kairos team. I hope we can visit this place again.

Very good location, right next to the centre, and able to walk to the port. Facilities more than enough for just the two of us, everything we needed in the kitchen even some coffee and tea, sugar, oil, salt, although we really didn’t cook! But it was very nice to have all this available. Good shower, big bathroom with some toiletries. Pasquale was very attentive and provided all the information we needed. Nice terrace available. Parking was a big plus! (Paid separately but definitely worth it as we didn’t use the car at all while there). Wish we could have stayed longer, would repeat if in Tropea again! Thanks!

Perfect location right in the centre of town but in a nice quiet street, walk one minute down the road and you are in the centre of all restaurants, shops, and bars. Lovely and well designed clean new rooms with space and utilities - would 100% recommend to anyone stayed here with 9 of us and had rooms all together with very helpful hosts and cleaner for maintenance
