The check-in and entering the building/room was done entirely online. The room was very clean and nicely decorated. There were coffee, drinks and sweets provided in the common room. It is around 30 min walk from the Fiumicino city centre. The host arranged a taxi for us very early in the morning as we had an early flight. It took us less than 10 min to get to the Fiumicino airport and it cost 25 EUR, which was great.

The hosts were very friendly and helpful. They organised taxi pick up and drop off at the airport and negotiated a good price. They met us at the property, helped with our luggage and offered us drinks and snacks on arrival. The house was secure, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was self-serve with plenty of options to choose from.

I recently had a very pleasant stay at this lovely accommodation, even though it was a last-minute booking. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Despite arriving half an hour past the opening times, the lady at the reception graciously waited for me and even arranged my shuttle to the airport early the next morning. Although I had to leave at 4:30 am and couldn't enjoy the included breakfast, I appreciated the availability of coffee at any time, which was a nice touch. The room was fantastic – clean, well-maintained, and equipped with a very comfortable bed and pillows, air conditioning, and reliable WiFi. The house itself is newly renovated and exudes a calm, welcoming atmosphere. The terrace was lovely, and I can only imagine how nice it must be during the day.

    Amazing host. Great communication & extremely helpful. Top location … a 30 minute flat walk into town. Plenty of parking nearby. Quiet comfortable room with shutters & curtains, air con as well as a fan and plenty of floor space to sort out luggage. The bathroom was spotless and big! We also allowed time to visit Ostia Antica for a few hours before a late night departure which I would highly recommend as it’s only a 10 minute drive from the guest house.

    Leandro the host was so very kind, helpful, and responsive. I chose this guest house as I wanted to eat at a nearby restaurant. I was a little put off by the requirement for self check-in, but Leandro's illustrated instructions were so clear that the check-in was effortless. Bed very comfortable, place very quiet. There is an excellent Roman restaurant nearby.
