The owner, Lara, is a highlight of this property. Always at my service, always going the extra mile, helpful in every way. Never have felt so "a casa"/at home on vacation. I loved the location, an easy 5-minute walk to both the city center and the boardwalk. The room was bright and comfortable with a large, cozy bed , a roomy and modern shower and access to a half-kitchen for heating and refrigerating.

Plan Sea was a great place to stay while on holiday in Santa Margherita. The location is close to many bars, shops and restaurants. Fede was a fantastic host and gave us lots of recommendations for things to do and places to eat in both Santa and Portofino, including great beach suggestions. We also received Prosecco on arrival which was a lovely surprise! The room had everything you need for a comfortable stay, and we would happily stay again!

Absolutely beautiful apartment, very specious and modern with spectacular view from the tarrace and perfect location. The host is extremely nice person who share with us several suggestions where to eat the best food. A wonderful experience. The bedroom offers a beautiful view, is 10 minutes from the beach and plenty of restaurants, a few minutes from the supermarket and train station making it the perfect holiday stay especially if you’re planning to visit the nearby towns on the coast. The place is very clean and the host is also very kind and attentive. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.
