What a spot! This palazzo is beyond beautiful... Its design and architecture make it so worth it. Everything is extremely well thought through and done with such great taste!! The room was extremely spacious, beautifully redecorated with a focus on restoring its original beauty while adding a bit more modern design to it. Giuseppe was amazing - very helpful, super friendly, lively and chatty. He went out of his way to make sure we'd get the most out of our stay (including dinner recommendations and reservations) and we are very grateful for that. The breakfast was great - everything was fresh (fruit from the market) or home-made by a lovely lady that same morning (cakes and pastries) or on the spot (eggs and the like)

The room was 5* hotel level clean. Spotless. Everything is brand new and has everything that you'd need from a room. The decoration is excellent and overall for the price it's difficult to get something better in my opinion. Location is very central but also very quiet. The host was very helpful and polite.

There is free parking space in front of the house. There is no elevator on the third floor. The room is very clean. The breakfast is simple. There is a kitchen available, but the kitchen supplies are insufficient. The staff is very friendly and the message replies are very fast. It is very close to the old town. I will choose here next time

The hotel was very quiet even with a constant flow of cars on the street below. The young lady from the hotel was very helpful in finding parking at 5.30 when there was no space available.We were able to leave our bags in the room the next morning until we had finished our visit of the city.
