Central location close to all the main sites. The room was spotlessly clean, warm and very comfortable. It was also nice to have tea and coffee provided in the room and a fridge. The host was very helpful and welcoming and gave great advice about good places to eat.

All was really great.... only the "perfume scent" in the common areas and rooms weere a bit to heavy for our liking.

The location is great, only few meters to the Piazza de Campo. The room is new and very clean. Hamza is the best owner ever, he is very quick to answer all questions and responsive to my requests, also provides very good travel tips about Siena. I really like the restaurant he recommended. It's easy to feel his passion and love to the guesthouse, I will recommend this place to my friends.

the location is awesome, just 1 minute from the main square. the room is spacious, bed and pillows are comfortable. the property located in historical building and you feel the history around however everything is modernised and comfortable. the only thing I can mention that was not comfortable was the shower which was quite difficult to set, it was a battle with water pouring cold and suddenly very hot and vice verses. the owner was very friendly and hospitable, helped to verify transportation.

The staff are excellent making you feel very welcome. Valet parking in a country that is not car friendly is exceptional. Don't miss the breakfast served to your room or rooftop canapés at sunset. This is by far the best hotel we experienced in Italy. The staff go out of their way to make you fell special and ensure you have a great experience. Location is second to none with very short walk to amazing places.

I loved the stay because the breakfast was great, location and the view were beautiful and the vibe of the apartament made me like the city even more I believe! Definitely worth recommending!
