amazing staff, mr. mwafi and miss francesca were super nice and helpful as possible.. great location which is near to major attractions.. the decor and bed size were perfect.. most importantly, AC was more than perfect ( we even had to turn it down sometimes , so feeling hot is not something to worry about at all! ) .. i would encourage anyone to stay here during their time in venice.

The apartment was clean, smelled good, it was quite spacious and had an amazing view to the Grand canal with a personal dock in front of the window and view of Rialto bridge. The location was perfect, staff was helpful and friendly. The apartment was cleaned every day. Lovely! No complaints at all!

Very cool and good looking rooms, clean and with all you need for bathroom. Very comfortable sleeping. Best breakfast I ever eat in hotel, various food to pick. Great and helpful stuff. Very good location in center of Venice.

The room was amazing. Everything is new in this accommodation. The bed was extremely comfortable, the shower was powerful and always had hot water straight away. The room has a very clean modern look. I can't forget to mention your host Ilaria, she gave it the human touch of feeling like you were at home, she will give you all the help you need, with which restaurants, bars and pubs to go to and even which vaporetto to take when visiting Murano, Burano etc.

Providing city views and a garden, Cà Beatrice provides accommodation well located in Venice, within a short distance of Frari Basilica, Scuola Grande di San Rocco and La Fenice Theatre.

Good location. Easy to get from Piazzale Roma(Bus station). Rooms were cleaned every day. We were pleased with a bottle of prosecco, when arrived, and new bisquits every day. We got a disccount at the bar downstairs and we felt very welcome with the bar owner Ahmed, who was making great breakfast and best pasta.

Elia and his team provided great service from check-in to check-out. When we arrived in Venice they arranged a water taxi to pick us up from the train station. And when we left they arranged a water taxi to drop us at the airport. Elia was able to provide a list of some restaurants close to the hotel. The hotel and the rooms have been renovated and look very modern, compared to other hotels in Venice. The room was comfortable and well laid out. The location of the hotel was perfect as it was only a 10 min walk to Piazza San Marco. I highly recommend this place when you are looking for accommodations in Venice.
