You'll find an umbrella handy for rainy days in Naoshima, a telephone available for your use, high-quality tea, cutlery, and dishes, a comfortable bathroom, complimentary dental care, and bath amenities. The door is fitted with an easy-to-use lock system, eliminating the need to carry keys during your walks, among other conveniences—all at your disposal! The accommodation is not close to the Naoshima bus terminal(about 20min walk); however, convenient buses traverse the entire island, making it easily accessible. Our host, Jhonny, was exceptionally kind and warmly welcomed us. He adeptly led conversations and readily assisted us in every way possible. Jhonny offered invaluable advice on places to visit, provided ferry timetable information, and even volunteered to pick us up from the Naoshima bus terminal. He also made a restaurant reservation for us upon our arrival. Truly an outstanding individual!

Friendly service, free bikes, free ride to the harbour, good Wifi and good location. The location itself is simple, modern an clean. The busstop is in front of the house. 800m to the beach and 1km to the village. There ist a restaurant on the other side of the road.

Guest House Shell is a very cozy accommodation with traditional Japanese room decor. It's very easily accessible from the Naoshima Port Terminal, and there are nice restaurants and a few cafes around. The Art House Projects are just a 3-5min walk away from it. The host is very nice and kind, and there are very clear and thoughtful guidelines on how to use the facility. The facility is cleaned every day and there is a nice kitchen available for using. I really enjoyed staying here, the futons were very comfy and my sleeping was very peaceful. If I visit Naoshima again I would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend it.

The house was incredible, the woman who rents it was super nice and did an incredible job furnishing the flat and making the architecture of the house in itself. She was super nice and we had a great time sleeping in the Japanese spirit.
