A hidden gem in Passikudah – absolutely recommended! The Dream Inn Guesthouse truly surprised us in the best possible way. From the moment we arrived, the host was incredibly attentive, warm, and welcoming. We stayed in the spacious garden villa, which offered more than enough room for the three of us—our 9-year-old son even had his own bed. The room was spotlessly clean, air-conditioned, and equipped with a top-quality mattress that gave us two very restful nights. One of the highlights was the semi-open bathroom, beautifully integrated into the natural surroundings—functional, charming, and impeccably clean. We especially loved the peaceful little garden terrace, which opened up into a lovingly maintained garden and offered the perfect spot to relax. The location is also ideal—just a short 2 to 5-minute walk from several stunning and quiet beaches. Breakfast was another highlight. We chose the local Sri Lankan option each morning and were blown away by how delicious and authentic it was. In summary: a friendly host, excellent comfort and cleanliness, beautiful natural surroundings, and amazing local food. We only stayed for two nights this time, but we will definitely come back—and stay longer next time! Highly recommended!

The owners were super friendly, helped us with everything and arranged a tuktuk for us in the morning. They speak very good English. We had a nice conversation with them and they also made a special tea for us. The room is clean and walk distance from beach and few restaurants. It was good stay for us on our way to the south. Can recommend!

This place has a spectacular garden, terrace and very comfortable room with A/C. Arul received us even before the offical arrival time, let us park our tuktuk inside and gave us tips for local food & drink. They allow us to use the kitchen and the terrace with the garden view. It's not in the centre of the town, which means a quiet location, but if you want to go to the town you will need a tuktuk (taxi or your own transport). Very good value for the money.
