This is a very clean and welcoming property. The hosts were always sweeping the floor and tending to the garden. This is a simple place with a great working bathroom. We only stayed one night as we were passing through but it was very comfortable, good internet and a garden with seating to chill at night. It’s near the train line so you do hear the trains but this didn’t impact our stay or sleep at all. Short walk to beach and restaurants (which were very catered towards the Russian tourists).

It's amazing place. The staff are very cordial and friendly. Wonderful welcome drinks and breakfast. Rent was so cheap. Very close to Hikkaduwa beach. I loved that place. I wanna visit it again.. I missed it.

All the staff were super welcoming. As a female traveling alone I felt very safe here. The room had everything I needed with a little fridge and the balcony. It is very central to both beaches and all the shops. They offer a local breakfast which I highly recommend trying!

Great places to stay. Clean, well run, friendly. Facilities were exceptional staff friendly.

Hikkaduwa in the low season is quiet and can feel quite closed up. The Villa Paradise is the perfect base however and lives up to the high reviews it gets for amazing value, incredible food and breakfasts but above all super friendly staff! We finished our month long visit here and as a family felt very looked after by Inaki and his team.

The Oasis Villa is located in the centre of Hikkaduwa, just 50 metres from the beach. It features air-conditioned rooms with free Wi-Fi and a private balcony. Parking is also free.

Lovely pool area. Very comfortable large bed. Nice early check in time and very flexible with check out time which was nice. Lovely accommodating staff. Laundry next to property which was very convenient. Walking distance from turtle beach. Lots of reasonably priced restaurants near by.
