We had an incredible experience at Mango Japanese House! The owner is exceptionally friendly, making us feel truly welcome. The delicious fresh breakfast and dinner were a highlight, though ordering in advance is necessary. The cozy, clean, and private houses, along with the great pool, provided a refreshing escape. Surrounded by lush greenery, it felt like a real paradise garden – a peaceful retreat away from noise, offering genuine privacy. Highly recommend for a serene getaway!

The location is quite convenient to access from the airport. The room was comfortable and clean. But the best part of our stay were the staff, who were very helpful and kind. They gave us a welcome fruit juice, arranged an airport transfer, and the next day a trip to Colombo train station.

Absolutely loved our stay - after travelling for a long time, Deb and Joseph's place felt like staying with a relative. We had a wonderful stay at this guesthouse with a pool and delightful hosts. It was the perfect place to relax and recharge for the rest of our journey. We enjoyed it so much that we decided to book accommodation here again on our way back. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning was great, and we appreciated being able to purchase water, drinks, and snacks. The pool was a refreshing oasis that rejuvenated us. The owners are fantastic hosts, and we highly recommend this place.
