We loved our stay here! The host was very nice and helpful, often going out of her way to help us and give us information to make our trip better! Stayed at 2 Aayu properties while I was in Penang and good experience at both largely due to the on-site staff. The team are super responsive and full of good information about the local area. The two places I stayed in were refurbished heritage buildings so the sound insulation is not perfect but if you have respectful guests around you then it’s fine. The rooms I chose weren’t huge but they didn’t claim to be and the shared spaces are well maintained and good spots to chill.
