What a house, what a garden, what an enclosure on the edge of the village! Prime, calm location. Cosy rooms with balcony, if you booked the smaller room, you can use one of the communal ones facing downhill. There is complimentary toast, tea, coffee, jam, crackers and water in the communal pantry downstairs. Free fridge for your little somethings. You can rent a motorbike without much ado, you even get free transfer to the bus terminal (which is in walking distance). Staff is very friendly and caring.

The host is such a lovely precious and polite person! He immediately made me feel home. This guesthouse is extremely clean, one of the cleanest stays i had during all my extensive travels through Malaysia for the past 9 years. There is a filtered water dispenser in the lobby area. Location is great, very central but in a calm small side street. The host helps you to organise day trips, very easy. I can absolutely recommend Bricks Guesthouse.

Very nice room, good location. You get breakfast every day in front of your room and it is good (you order what you want one day before). The house is before the forest so it is really nice, green and peaceful.

Location is quiet and near to the town. Bus station in walkable distance. Room was clean and had enough space for storage. Owners/staff are kind. You get lots of coffee and tea for free. Scooter rental available.

Jay is a great host. Very friendly! She welcomed us very nicely and took us to the bus at the end. The place was wonderful, the best view in the whole Malaysia! She helped us book the tour (with Appu) to the Mossy forest and Tea plantation which was great.

It is a beautiful place to relax and chill for a short-trip. The small, enclosed compound of the inn is comforting and homey. Quiet and serene, you can sit in the garden or under the shade just outside the reception for the whole day.
