The host is very kind and gives you all the information in advance. Self check-in and check-out is quick and easy. We got a free room upgrade. Clean and spacious room, bed was very comfortable. Very well equipped and clean shared kitchen. The host really tries to make you feel at home, but sometimes it is over the top. Please note that if your booking already includes the city tax, you don't have to pay it at the property.

Great helpfull staff! Great location near lots of restaurants and touristic places. You can get get free water, tea and coffee at the lobby. Super clean room and bathroom, our bed was mega comfortable, great linen and pillows), nice closet space room. The breakfast was amazing!! Has everything for everyone’s taste, all this served while the piano man plays live music.

The location is perfect as it’s at the heart of the historic district. The room I was in was lovely, overlooking the street and had a great view of the castle. The staff were super helpful with information and recommendations. The breakfast spread was amazing and perhaps the most extensive I’ve seen of any breakfast buffet in Europe. There’s nothing I did not love about this place. Any time I return to Lisbon this is the only hotel I want to stay in!
