Everything! For a family of 5 people plus 1 child it couldn't be more perfect! It is the best hotel in Istanbul I have booked so far. Located on a quiet street (parents understand how important it is) and in the city center at the same time. We had enough room for each of us and a very good living room to be together. Beds are very comfortable.The staff is very helpful. Everything we needed - we had it at once, they were available 24/7. For the next visit it is the hotel we will come back to!

We had a good stay here, for a week. Absolutely loved location, tucked into a quiet winding street right up top of hill where neighbourhood daily life is just going on around you, and a nice walk through the neighbourhood in various directions whether you plan to walk along hilltop or down hill to tram or ferry. Interesting old building and room was pretty spacious, with simple but pleasant reno, high ceilings and loved the big windows along the whole side of room. Didn’t meet staff but the few times we contacted them they responded politely and helpfully right away.
