Friendly owner, who are looking forward to make your stay comfortable. Nice, modern, clean bedroom with bathroom. (The shower, the aircon working well, the bed is comfy. The fridge is quite and you can find plenty of tea bag and instant coffee next to the kettle.) Bonus the washing machine (the washing liquid is provided) on the top floor and the shared kitchen on the ground floor. The rooms are in the backyard and really quite (compared to some noisy accommodations in Hanoi.) Thank you the relaxed stay!

I don't often leave reviews but this home stay was awesome! The family are so so nice. I wish we were there longer and I'd definitely go back. We came down in the morning and sat with the most lovely guy who I'm guessing is the man of the house. He gave us tea and fresh fruit while telling us his family had lived there for years and all lived together. His wife then made us the most yummy food. They were so nice I highly recommend staying here specially if your keen to get out the craziness of the main city. Can't wait to go back and spend more time with these lovely people. X

We stayed at Moon Cactus 4 nights and it was great! PERFECT LOCATION in Hanoi.. we could walk everywhere.. Nice big room, hot shower, it was great! But the best was Ms Moon ! She help us booking our transfer, helping with the visa, pick us up from the airport and answered all our questions! She really is the best! We highly recommend this place and come back again if we plan to visit Hanoi!

I 100% recommend it! From the moment we arrived, they treated us like family, everyone was so kind and always went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. It’s a bit far from the Old Quarter, but that’s actually nice for some quiet. Besides, it’s only about 15 minutes or less by Grab. There’s also a shopping mall nearby. I’d definitely choose to stay here again!

Like most homestay in Hanoi, this house locates in a quiet alley, surrounded by greens and birds. I like the neighbourhood. It reminds me a lot of my childhood for its peaceful vibe. The bus station is within 10 mins walk, good for people who are not renting a bike. I like the building. Old-fashioned style but newly redecorated inside. I spent two nights in 1st floor. It looks exactly like the picture on Booking. There's a fridge, a table, a large bed, a closet, a chair. Affordable price for people travelling alone. The bathroom is outside the room, down the stairs. It takes a few steps to reach. Very clean and new. The landlord lady is super nice. She even drives me to the bookshop I'm looking for.

This is a very comfy, accessible and clean homestay located in a nice neighborhood near the lake. The host was very helpful on arrival, and recommended activities in the area. She also went out of her way to help us organise transport to a more rural area. Highly recommended :)
