Fronalpstock Hotel & Restaurant is situated in Stoos, 1922 metres above sea level and next to the 4er Sesselbahn Fronalpstock and 6er Sesselbahn. Located amidst the Ski Region Stoos, the inn is only accessible by foot or via the cable car. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The views were amazing, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Furthermore, the price was quite reasonable for the value received. I highly recommend it.

The spacious rooms at Gasthaus zum Kreuz are non-smoking. All feature wooden furniture, cable TV, and a bathroom. The host was excellent, very nice, and clear. The hotel offers a very nice view of the mountains and the lake, plus it is slightly outside the city centre, therefore very calm and quiet. Despite being a bit outside, the city centre is very easy to access since the hotel offers free bus tickets (and the bus station is just downstairs) and free WiFi in the old town. For us, this combination was just perfect! The breakfast was also very good, fresh, and diverse.

Guests at the guest house will be able to enjoy activities in and around Alpnachstad, like skiing and hiking. The property was pretty and in a nice little area, which I loved. It was close to the train station so therefore I was able to go to Luzern really easily.

This hotel is situated in Meggen, just 700 metres away from Lake Lucerne. It offers an Italian restaurant with garden terrace. All rooms have a bathroom and cable TV.

Pasta dishes, pizza and risotto are served at Ristorante Schlössli. Homemade desserts include tiramisu, panna cotta with blueberries and chocolate mousse. The bed was comfortable and the food was very good. I recommend the breakfast. The coffee was excellent.
