We had arrived early and she let us have the room very early and on our day of departure we had a problem with our transport so she allowed us to keep our bags there and then let us come back and wait at the hotel even after 2 pm . exceptional

We also got caught with some prett bad rain so unfortunately didn't check out much of the property surroundings but from what we could see it was a beautiful place and one I would go back to for sure. The pool area looked like it would be a great deal of fun with more guests and nicer weather.

Nearly all staff spoke English even though I can speak poor Spanish. Rooms were very quiet from the city noise. Had parking which was important for us. Breakfast was very good with a nice variety of food although I would have liked an omelet bar. All in all a great value and close to many things that we wanted. We requested an extended check-out that was granted, (although it turned out that it was not needed after all), We were also able to check-in early which was very nice. We would recommend this hotel and will stay again when we have visitors that want to visit San Jose.
