We had a wonderful stay at Walid’s place! The apartment is spacious, modern, and fully equipped for a comfortable visit. Walid is an exceptional host—super responsive and always ready to help with anything you need in Marsa Alam. What really touched us was his kindness: when we arrived, he went to three different bus stations just to try to pick us up. He also arranged excellent taxi services and tours, which made our trip even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

The design of the place is just beautiful—so cute and thoughtful. It has such a lovely, relaxed vibe that instantly makes you feel at home. Our room was huge, with loads of space and a massive window that stretched across the wall, letting in tons of natural light. We even had a sea view, which was a dream to wake up to. One of my favourite spots was the rooftop terrace—super spacious and perfect for chilling. That’s also where breakfast is served, and it was honestly delicious every morning. A big shoutout to Meshail, the manager/owner, who was incredibly kind and helpful. He gave us great tips for getting around and finding activities. The rest of the staff were also just as lovely and made us feel really welcome. The only thing to note is that the Wi-Fi only works on the rooftop terrace. It wasn’t an issue for us though—we were happy to take a break from our phones! The hostel is right by the sea, and there's a small beach nearby you can relax at. Just keep in mind that most people head to places like Abu Dabbab for snorkeling or diving. It’s also a short walk to the town centre, where you'll find a few shops, but do note that Marsa Alam is a fairly small town. But after all the hustle and bustle in Aswan and Luxor, this was the perfect place for us to relax.

Karam, the owner is super kind and helpful, he made our stay very special. The bikes are big plus it was much fun to ride around in Qusayr.

Paula was super nice in all aspects, yes recommended us very nice place for eating, for small day trips in semi-submarine and snorkelling and also she cooked for us one day as it was Ramadan. The room was comfortable and very lightly and I felt like home when I stayed in the house! Thank you very much!

There are also some dogs there, and if you are a dog lover as I am, you'll be amazed by their intelligence, beauty and personality. Highly recommended!

The Captain’s Inn provides a bar where you can have a drink on the terrace. You can also dine and enjoy specialities, while enjoying the coastal breeze. The marina has a relaxed setting and is quiet. Breakfast was exceptional, Staff very friendly and helpful, they managed all of our requests promptly and finally is the location was perfect, and everything was 5 mins walking I would strongly recommend the hotel
