It’s cosy but it offered everything I needed for my one night stay whilst working locally. It was comfortable and perfectly clean. Shower room was a good size and the shower worked really well. Location was handy and really peaceful. I can highly recommend. Would happily stay again.

It has been sensitively restored this year, with the aim of providing a premium, contemporary English inn, with sophisticated charm and historic character.
