My family and I had an incredible 10-day stay at a fantastic share accommodation in Harrow, UK, and I’m thrilled to share our experience. From the moment we arrived, everything about this place felt just right—comfortable, welcoming, and incredibly convenient. What We Loved:- - Charming Backyard: The backyard was a peaceful retreat where we could relax and spend quality time together. - Beautiful Conservatory: Sipping tea in the conservatory at my own pace was such a relaxing way to start the day. The space was bright, serene, and felt just perfect. - Cultural Exchange: The shared accommodation setup was a delightful surprise. We had the chance to meet and connect with people from various countries, making our stay even more enriching. - Outstanding Hospitality: Gergo, the host, is an absolute gem! Though he doesn’t stay on the property, his support was unmatched. In all my years of travel, I’ve rarely come across someone so responsive, helpful, and genuinely committed to ensuring his guests have a great experience. His prompt and positive responses made us feel truly cared for. - Convenience at Its Best: - Just 25 minutes from Heathrow Airport (LHR), making it ideal for international travelers. - City center just a 15-minute walk away, with a variety of restaurants nearby for every taste. Safe and Homely:- The neighborhood felt very safe, which is a big plus when traveling with family. We also loved the homely atmosphere—it truly felt like a “home away from home.” Great Value for Money:- This property offers everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay at a very reasonable price. Our time here was truly memorable, and we are so glad we chose this place for our trip. Essentially, it is a beautiful flat shared with a couple. - Location is great, 30 - 40 minutes by bus from London Bridge. - Facilities are also great, the bedroom is large enough for 2 people (there is even an active Netflix subscription on the TV), and the bathroom is huge. The latter is on the main hallway, and you can lock the door (from what I've read, not many establishments have this option). Also, the bathroom is private (hosts have their own). Compared to other offers on booking at a similar price, I did not hear neighbors partying loudly, probably because it is a quiet neighborhood without many tourists. There is an artistic touch here too, I personally liked the kitchen table. - Hosts are great, one of them showed me the basics when I arrived, and the other was always available on WhatsApp for any questions. I messed up a few things (did not open the complex main door correctly the first time, did not know how to close the flat door), and they showed genuine understanding and offered precious advice. I was also offered an adaptor for UK plugs for my stay (don't forget to bring one like me!). They spend much time in a separate bedroom and you can meet them at the kitchen or knock on their door for further questions, although in my short stay I did neither. - Price is excellent for what is on offer here compared to other accommodation options.
