Set in Kyle of Lochalsh, Heatherbrae Cosy Wooden Pod has a garden. Free private parking is available. We got caught in rain and it was almost 11 when we checked in to the pod. We informed her late at 9 PM and she was still accommodating to us even though she had to cancel her plans. I loved the way Heather warmly welcomed us into the pod. Parking was easy, pod was cosy and she explained A to Z when she gave us the keys. I especially loved her pulpy orange juice. Everything about this place was excellent.

Situated within 1.2 km of Kyle of Lochalsh and 15 km of Eilean Donan Castle in Kyle of Lochalsh, Heatherbrae Guest House features accommodation with seating area. Heather was the perfect hostess. A very warm welcome,.and altgough she states no breakfast, we had our own fridge, stocked with milk, juice, water, fruit and yogurt. Also a microwave and porridge pots for DIY breakfast. Our room was luxurious with comfy twin beds, tv, and a unit with crockery etc. Large en-suit with toietries. Everything was spotlessly clean. Heather even washed all our picnic plates etc. I cannot recommwnd Heatherbrea highly enough. Heather has also recently installed a glamping pod in her garden, and although we dudn't see inside it was clearly a very upmarket unit and I'm sure would have been as high a standard as our room.

Dandelion No2 features a garden and a terrace in Flashader. Parking is free. Guest rooms in the guest house are fitted with a flat-screen TV. Loved the quiet location , and such a beautifully presented property

Located in Braes on the Isle of Skye, Balmoral Skye offers accommodation with sea views as well as mountain and garden views. Much much better than expected. Very large and clean bedroom/bathroom, super friendly owner. We even get a breakfast that was lovely prepared for us. Much place outside, even a private beach with fantastic views...

Set in Portree and only 38 km from Dunvegan Castle, Ballintoy B&B IsleofSkye offers accommodation with garden views, free WiFi and free private parking. This guest house features a garden. Everything - the room and bathroom has been beautifully updated, the decor was amazing w/ fun little details everywhere. The artwork in the room w/ colorful prints reflecting the Scottish Highlands was incredible. Gavin was a wonderful host - was so welcoming and genuinely interested in getting to known us, how our trip had been and what we still had planned to do. Gave us some great insight and recommendations about things to do, places to see on Skye etc. Really enjoyed the drive he recommended to Skye Museum of Island of Life and will definitely have to make it back to go over to Dunvegan Castle, Coral Beach and Neist Point. Didn’t have enough daylight to get everything in but very much enjoyed our time in Skye, wish it could have been longer and will defiantly come back to Ballintoy B&B.

Great place with a funky, modern vibe. Rooms large, with great linens and well stocked with fantastic view. The host, Murdo was awesome, so friendly and helpful. The kitchen under Chef Scott was Michelin 3 star in my book - Fabulous food!

The place was perfect. There were sufficient linens, towels, toiletries, making the room comfortable to stay in for a few nights. Food and snacks were provided in the communal area, which were useful for our breakfast. The location is close to the centre of Portree, which was perfect to explore the Isle of Skye. Overall a great experience and would definitely book this place again if we were back in Portree!
