The staff responds to all requests and offers help in everything. The room has all the necessary things.

All the meals we had (breakfast and dinner) were delicious and well presented. It was nice to see management taking the time to train staff.

Lunch and dinner feature star ingredients in classics, interpretations, sharing dishes, and divine desserts. And kids have their own Pearly Calves menu. Afternoon tea is afternoon sea – a very fresh take on this timeless treat. And on Sundays, traditional roasts bring a beautiful close to the week I love everything about the hotel. The experience is very homie.

Historical Whitby Abbey can be reached in 20 minutes’ walk and the popular Captain Cook Museum is just over a mile away. The town centre is a 10-minute walk away. Very friendly staff! Especially Jenna did really a great job and helped us planning our visit. The breakfast was really tasteful und good! We got everything we want to and food was served using regional products.
