The pristine small beach is only 50 meters away, the staff are wonderful people with real empathy and and professionalism. The food is also great. If you’re either living in nearby Singapore of visiting for business you really must spent some time in this resort to destress. They also have a highly recommended spa by the river. What’s not to like?

At the guest house, every unit has a desk. Featuring a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and slippers, units at the guest house also feature free WiFi, while some rooms are fitted with a terrace. At the guest house, each unit is fitted with bed linen and towels. The place, the service, the quiet getaway - trust me ur time here literally runs slow.. I don't know for what reason. but as long as you don't bring work with u.. time runs slow which is miraculous for me. I'm a very busy person and my head is always thinking. i decided to leave laptop behind and this place is like a total rest. tried all the activities that I can book.. atv here is the best experience.. mangrove watching and blue lake are unique places as well.. worth to go coz these are only found in bintan... the service team here are superb.. great service.. they call themselves "friends" not workers or colleagues.. they are very good, attentive and really friendly atmosphere. Internet is available as well don't worry..

The resort was amazing, we had our own villa facing the beach with everything we needed. The food at the resort was great, particularly the fish dishes. The pool was lovely and clean facing the beach which was beautiful for sunset. The best thing about the resort was the staff, they helped us at every opportunity and were all lovely and welcoming. We couldn’t recommend this more to someone wanting a quiet and relaxing stay in Bintan.

Love the story of the Ship Hotel during the Heritage Tour! Great location close to ferry terminal too. My family and me had a great stay. The cabins were well furnished and wonderful that parts of the heritage ship were kept, very unique experience! Clean and comfortable, wheelchair friendly for moat parts too. The infinity pool was amazing especially during sunset. Would love to come with my family for a staycation again!

Lovely host and experience from start to end. The team were quick to respond to queries on Whatsapp prior to my booking, and all coordination efforts were swift. Crew gave great recommendations and it was easy to book car rides out to explore the city as well. Facilities wise, amazing. We could totally stay in the whole day because the beds were comfortable, and the pool/ garden were relaxing. Breakfast had a decently huge selection and amazing local treats. Best still, the property was right next to a private beach; quiet, and zen.
