The room was incredibly clean, comfortable, and well-decorated with beautiful Balinese touches that made it feel cozy and authentic. Every corner of the property is well maintained, and you can tell that a lot of care goes into making guests feel welcome. What truly made the difference was the staff — everyone was so kind, always smiling, helpful, and genuinely warm. They made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. We also booked an in-house massage, and it was honestly one of the best I’ve ever had — calming, professional, and exactly what I needed. If I could give more than 10, I absolutely would. It offered a wide variety of delicious options, catering to every taste. Plus, the 24/7 availability of the pool was a real treat, allowing to unwind at any time of day or night.
